We has a perfect week. Bohio was just what we needed. Wishing much success and happiness to all in the future. Thanks to Kelly, Kristen, Gerhard & Reuben.

Coffee Cake:
6 cups Flour
2 tablespoon Yeast
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 stick (1/8 pound) Butter
1 3/4 - 2 cups Milk
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoon freshly ground cardamom

Mix everything together
Knead
Roll out into 1 or 2 squares
Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon & more butter
Roll into loaves
Bake @ 350F for 30-40 min

We didn't stay at Bohio, but had the best food on the island!
