Resort to feature refreshed amenities and services.
Tom and Ginny and all the staff at Bohio are excited to announce our reopening date of Dec. 15, 2017. The whole Island has been pulling together to get back to business and welcome tourists and divers to beautiful Grand Turk. We want to let all the divers and travellers out there know that we are back in business!
Tom explains, “It is going to be a lot of hard work but we are excited to be able to refresh the rooms, re-build the dive facilities better than ever, and make sure Jorika has a new and improved restaurant to serve her fabulous food. The reef is in great shape and we can’t wait to show the place off as we head into our high season.”
December through to March is a popular time for visiting the islands as travellers escape the winter for sun, sea and relaxation. “We have many returning guests to Bohio”, adds Ginny “and we are very grateful to all those who have reached out and given us the support we needed.”
Grand Turk is famous for its coral reef system – the third largest in the world. Divers and snorkelers visit the island paradise each year to experience the colourful underwater world just steps from our shores. We are delighted to report the reef is in perfect condition and we are already eagerly anticipating the annual migration of the North Atlantic Humpback Whales (February-April). These magnificent creatures travel to our islands each year to court and give birth in our warm waters and the chance to witness this is not to be missed.
The resort is welcoming guests booked through November and early December ahead of the official reopening date.
